They are now looking for a hands-on Data Scientist Leader who can use data, machine learning, and optimization to solve real business problems.
The team needs someone who can work closely with business teams, define the right data science problems, build models, and make sure those models are actually implemented into business systems.
Key focus areas:
- Understand business problems and translate them into data science projects
- Use Python and SQL for data analysis, data processing, and model development
- Build and improve statistical and machine learning models
- Work on forecasting, optimization, and business process improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers
- Lead projects hands-on, with limited people management responsibility
