Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project budgets for data center construction
- Monitor CAPEX against approved budgets and forecast costs
- Review contractor cost proposals and evaluate change orders
- Conduct cost variance analysis and prepare cost reports
- Coordinate with cost consultants to validate cost estimates
- Lead cost management for Japan data center projects
- Align cost management with global strategy and standards

- コスト差異分析とコストレポートの作成

- グローバルな戦略と基準に沿ったコスト管理の整合性確保

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years experience in cost management or quantity surveying
- Experience with large-scale construction projects in Japan
- Proficiency with Excel, KENPLAN, D-Cube, CostX, Primavera
- Native or near-native Japanese and business-level English
- Valid work authorization for Japan or eligibility for work visa
- Experience with data center or mission-critical projects is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of Japanese construction market practices
- Experience reviewing contractor estimates and managing project cost controls
- Construction Cost Management Specialist or Cost Estimator Certification is preferred but not mandatory

- 建築学、土木工学、または建設管理の学士号
- 10年以上のコスト管理または数量調査の経験
- 日本での大規模建設プロジェクトの経験
- Excel、KENPLAN、D-Cube、CostX、Primaveraに精通
- ネイティブまたはそれに準ずる日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力
- 日本での就労許可または就労ビザの取得資格
- データセンターやミッションクリティカルプロジェクトの経験があれば尚可
- 日本の建設市場の慣習についての深い理解
- 請負業者の見積もりのレビューとプロジェクトコスト管理の経験
- 建設コスト管理専門家またはコスト見積もりの資格があれば尚可
