Our client is seeking a Culture & Engagement Specialist to join their global human resources company, supporting their expanding Culture Development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful culture and engagement programs that drive organizational transformation and employee connection on a global scale. 主な責任:
  • 会社全体の文化およびエンゲージメントプログラムの計画と実行
  • 定期的な文化イベントおよびイニシアチブの調整と管理
  • 従業員エンゲージメントおよび組織文化データの分析
  • 会社文化を強化するための社内コミュニケーションプログラムの支援
  • 社内コミュニケーションプラットフォーム向けコンテンツの作成および管理
  • 会社全体の会議およびタウンホールの計画と調整
  • CSRおよびDE&Iイニシアチブの計画と実行の支援
  • イベント用プロモーション資料およびグッズの制作管理
  • グローバルおよび多文化チームと連携して文化プログラムを実施
  • 文化およびエンゲージメントプロジェクトを推進するためのステークホルダー関係の管理
  • 文化プログラムの成果を上級経営陣に監視および報告
  • 従業員の文化およびエンゲージメント活動への参加促進

要件:
  • 企業文化または人事の役割で5年以上の経験
  • 会社全体のイベントの企画および調整の経験
  • 実績のあるステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
  • 従業員エンゲージメントプログラムの設計および実行の経験
  • DE&I（多様性、公平性、包括性）およびCSR（企業の社会的責任）イニシアチブの支援経験
  • 社内コミュニケーションプラットフォームおよびコンテンツ管理に関する知識
  • グローバルかつ多文化環境でのプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
  • 従業員エンゲージメントおよび企業文化のデータ分析能力
  • プロモーション素材およびノベルティ制作の経験
  • 組織開発または文化変革に関する知識
