Our client, a company in the consumer industry, is seeking a CRM Executive to lead and execute CRM/Loyalty campaigns and retention programs. This role offers the opportunity to enhance consumer relationships and drive engagement across D2C platforms, working closely with the CRM Manager and Head of CRM. Candidates will benefit from a dynamic work environment that emphasizes consumer experience and data-driven personalization.
- Plan and execute CRM loyalty campaigns
- Manage D2C touchpoints and content development
- Lead loyalty program operations and educational content delivery
- Analyze and optimize consumer journeys for retention
- Coordinate communication calendar across digital channels
- Collaborate with CRM Manager and Head of CRM
- Work with agencies to manage timelines and deliverables
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, CRM/Loyalty
- English and Japanese proficiency is must
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with D2C communication platforms like eDM, LINE, or KAKAO
- Strong analytical skills for consumer journey optimization
- Experience in managing loyalty programs
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and agencies
