You will have the opportunity to be based in one of 3 key global regions for this market leading company.

You would be a key member in the ongoing inorganic growth strategy within one of the world's most important industires.

You would join a diverse team, but all coming from similar backgrounds witihn the Investment Banking and Strategy Consulting space.

Key Responsibilities:
・ Performs day-to-day corporate finance analysis related to merger and acquisition activities and per strategic planning directions
・ Reviewing financial spreadsheets and charts prepared by internal or external parties
・ Analysing data and financial statements
・ Building and updating financial forecasts and analytical reports, scoreboards and dashboards
・ Assisting with proprietary models and new financial projections as applicable
・ Reviewing transaction documents and building knowledge of cash flow and loss allocation rules

Key Attributes:
・ Experience as M&A advisory / coverage banker / investment bank in global financial institutions
・ Analyst experience in financial analysis, market trend analysis, etc.
・ Strong intellectual curiosity and ownership
・ Domestic and international negotiation experience
・ Ability to independently understand and coordinate opinions and discussions from various stakeholders
・ Ability to absorb expertise while being involved in various projects
・ Solid understanding of corporate finance and corporate finance analyst function
・ Excellent command of both Japanese (Business) and English (Business)
