Our client, a global leader in high-performance data centers, is seeking a Construction Scheduler and Planning Sr. Manager to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • - Analyze project progress and identify scheduling risks
  • - Report schedule performance metrics to stakeholders
  • - Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery strategies
  • - Coordinate with construction teams and vendors to validate progress
  • - Implement scheduling process improvements

  • プロジェクトスケジュールの作成および管理（Microsoft ProjectまたはPrimavera P6を使用）
  • プロジェクト進捗の分析およびスケジュールリスクの特定
  • ステークホルダーへのスケジュールパフォーマンスの報告
  • 遅延分析の実施および回復戦略の提案
  • 建設チームやベンダーとの進捗確認の調整
  • スケジューリングプロセスの改善の実施

Qualifications

  • - Degree in construction-related field
  • - Expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • - Experience managing large construction project schedules
  • - Strong understanding of construction contracts
  • - Native or near-native Japanese and business-level English
  • - Valid work authorization for Japan or eligibility for work visa
  • - Experience with delay analysis and recovery strategies
  • - Ability to report schedule performance metrics
  • - Experience coordinating with construction teams and vendors

  • 建設関連分野の学位
  • Microsoft ProjectおよびPrimavera P6の専門知識
  • 大規模建設プロジェクトスケジュールの管理経験
  • 建設契約の強い理解
  • 日本語ネイティブまたはそれに近いレベル、ビジネスレベルの英語
  • 日本での就労資格または就労ビザ取得資格
  • 遅延分析および回復戦略の経験
