Confidential Senior Sales Director – Inside Sales Project (Japan)
Position Overview
Senior leadership role overseeing a 250+ person Inside Sales organisation in Japan. You will manage 10 direct reports and report directly to the Japan Country Manager, working closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a large Inside Sales organisation (250+ team members)
  • Coach and develop a leadership team of 10 direct reports
  • Drive execution of regional and global sales strategy in Japan
  • Own pipeline generation and revenue performance
  • Track and improve key performance metrics across the organisation
  • Collaborate with global leadership and provide regular updates

Requirements
  • Strong background in technology inside sales leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale sales organisations (direct report more than 4 people is preferred) 
  • Experience in Inside Sales leadership roles
  • Ability to work in global, matrixed organisations
  • Native or close to native level Japanese and  fluent English

Nice to Have
  • SaaS / IT / BPO/ enterprise software experience
  • Experience leading global or multi-regional teams
