Business Management, Audit and Risk Control Consultant

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of experts providing advisory services for a wide range of monitoring operations for our clients' management and internal audit departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on exciting challenges and play a key role in delivering top-quality deliverables and services to our clients.

Your main duties will include communicating with clients to obtain analysis data, performing data cleansing and automation using tools provided, conducting data analysis and reporting on findings, and participating in meetings and internal administrative procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have basic proficiency with PC operations, including Word and PowerPoint, as well as advanced Excel skills. You should also have experience in data analysis or handling large amounts of data. Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling millions of records or more, as well as those with experience in auditing and monitoring based on criteria such as the COSO framework, ISO audits, and risk management.

In addition, proficiency in Japanese and English as well as experience using BI and statistical analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and SPSS are highly desired.

We are looking for team players with strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience or a willingness to take on fieldwork, data analysis, and field surveys.
