One of Japan’s leading healthcare technology companies is hiring a AI leader to drive company-wide transformation.

This company is a major player in healthcare DX, building large-scale platforms used by medical institutions, healthcare professionals, and patients. Its products are already reshaping how healthcare services are accessed, delivered, and managed in Japan.

As an AI Transformation Engineer, you will work directly with business teams, identify painful manual workflows, and build AI-powered systems that actually change how the company operates. Think LLMs, APIs, SaaS tools, automation, AI agents, internal platforms, and rapid prototyping that moves into real production use.

You will work directly with management, identify high-impact business use cases, and build AI agents and automated workflows using Dify, n8n, APIs, Python, and TypeScript.
