Overview
Our client, an independent global pharmaceutical group, is seeking a BI & Data Director for their Tokyo office to establish a core data and reporting infrastructure. This newly created role offers the unique opportunity to build a unified data platform from the ground up, consolidating multiple data sources into a reliable foundation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain BI dashboards for business performance
- Build a centralized cloud-based data platform
- Clean, reconcile, and structure incoming data
- Develop a data governance framework
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborate with Field Force Effectiveness and cross-functional teams
- 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or information systems
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Ability to work independently and build infrastructure from scratch
- Familiarity with data cleaning and reconciliation processes

- フィールドフォースエフェクティブネスおよびクロスファンクショナルチームとの協力
- BI、データ分析、または情報システムでの5年以上の経験
- Power BI、Tableau、またはQlikの経験
- 製薬業界での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
- 技術的および非技術的な利害関係者に対する強力なコミュニケーションスキル
