業務内容：
- バーの日常運営とサービスの管理
- チームの指導、トレーニング、育成
- 飲料およびカクテルメニューの作成と維持
- 在庫、注文、コストの管理
- プロモーション、イベント、特別な飲料プログラムのサポート
- レストランマネージャーおよび料理チームとの協力
- Manage daily bar operations and service
- Lead, train, and develop the bar team
- Create and maintain the beverage and cocktail menu
- Manage stock, inventory, ordering, and costs
- Support promotions, events, and special beverage programs
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and culinary team
応募資格：
- バー マネージャーまたはアシスタントマネージャーとしての経験
- ラグジュアリーホテルまたは高級レストランでの経験
- カクテル、ワイン、スピリッツ、飲料サービスに関する豊富な知識
- ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語能力
- 在庫管理システムの経験
- POSシステムの使用経験
- Previous experience as Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager
- Experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with POS systems
