Key Responsibilities:
  • - Oversee daily lounge bar operations
  • - Lead and supervise service team during shifts
  • - Deliver personalized service to VIP guests
  • - Assist in training and developing team members
  • - Monitor guest satisfaction and service flow
  • - Ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards
  • - Support stock control and inventory management
  • - Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
  • - Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • - Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:
  • - Fluent Japanese required; English communication skills strongly preferred
  • - Previous experience in luxury restaurant, lounge, hotel, or high-end bar
  • - Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
  • - Strong understanding of premium food and beverage service
  • - Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  • - Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and luxury dining etiquette is an advantage
  • - Ability to lead by example in a refined, service-focused environment
  • - Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
