You will take new AI capabilities and turn them into secure, reliable production systems used by major companies.

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with Business Development, AI researchers and enterprise partners from problem definition through production deployment.

Key responsibilities include
  • Identify complex enterprise problems and design AI-based technical solutions
  • Rapidly validate new LLM and AI Agent approaches
  • Design and build inference interfaces and Agent execution platforms
  • Build production RAG systems using enterprise documents and internal databases
  • Develop data pipelines for AI applications
  • Build continuous LLM evaluation and benchmarking systems
  • Improve output quality through prompting, fine-tuning and inference control
  • Design human-in-the-loop AI workflows
  • Build highly available, low-latency backend architectures
  • Design systems around enterprise security requirements
  • Take AI prototypes into production and continuously improve reliability and business value

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong backend engineering experience using Python, Go or similar languages
  • Experience designing and operating systems on AWS or Google Cloud
  • Hands-on experience building applications or business systems using Generative AI
  • Ability to solve ambiguous technical problems through rapid hypothesis testing and iteration
  • N1-equivalent Japanese proficiency for client-facing work

Nice to have
  • Production AI Agent development experience
  • RAG architecture and retrieval optimization experience
  • LLM evaluation, MLOps or LLMOps experience
  • Human-in-the-loop workflow design
  • Experience with inference or Agent execution architecture
  • Experience building enterprise systems with strict security requirements
  • Strong interest in testing and adopting emerging AI technologies

  • AIエージェントの実行基盤、推論インターフェースの設計・開発
  • 社内文書やデータベースを活用したRAG環境の構築
  • データパイプラインの設計・開発
  • 検索精度、回答品質、AI出力品質の継続的な改善
  • LLM評価用データセットや評価基盤の構築
  • プロンプト設計、ファインチューニング、推論制御
  • 人とAIが協調する業務ワークフローの設計
  • 高可用・低遅延なバックエンドシステムの設計・開発
  • セキュリティ要件を考慮した企業向けAIシステムの構築
  • 本番導入後の監視、評価、継続的な改善

必須要件
  • Python、Goなどを用いたバックエンドシステムの設計・開発経験
  • AWS、Google Cloudなどクラウド環境でのシステム構築・運用経験
  • LLM・生成AIを活用したアプリケーションや業務システムの開発経験
  • 曖昧で不確実性の高い課題に対し、自ら仮説を立て、検証しながら解決した経験
  • 日本語能力試験N1相当の日本語力
