As an AI Transformation Engineer, you will work directly with business teams, identify painful manual workflows, and build AI-powered systems that actually change how the company operates. Think LLMs, APIs, SaaS tools, automation, AI agents, internal platforms, and rapid prototyping that moves into real production use.
What you will do
- Build AI and automation solutions for real internal business problems
- Turn messy operational workflows into scalable AI-powered systems
- Move quickly from prototype to production
- Help create the internal AI platform that supports the company’s next stage of growth
Must have
- Experience building AI web applications or business systems
- Strong ability to translate business problems into technical architecture
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and SaaS-based solutions
- Experience pushing projects beyond PoC into real operation
- Fast prototyping ability and a strong execution mindset
