I’m hiring an AI Consultant for one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise Generative AI companies.
The business is scaling rapidly, with approximately 500% YoY revenue growth, ¥2.5B in annual revenue, and ¥4.1B in total equity funding to accelerate its next phase of AI Agent and enterprise transformation growth.

You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to identify where AI can create real business value, then take the solution from business process analysis and proposal through PoC, implementation and impact validation.

What you’ll own:
  • Identify high-impact GenAI / AI Agent use cases
  • Analyze and redesign enterprise workflows
  • Define requirements for AI solutions
  • Design and evaluate PoCs
  • Lead enterprise AI implementation projects
  • Manage senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Work closely with AI/ML, backend and frontend engineers
  • Feed client needs directly back into AI product development

The company has a 70+ person product and engineering organization building its own AI SaaS and AI Agent products, so you’ll work much closer to real technology and product teams than in a traditional consulting environment.

Strong backgrounds include:
AI Consulting / DX / BPR / IT Consulting / Enterprise SaaS / AI Project Management
Experience taking LLM or AI solutions from idea to real business deployment is particularly valuable.
