Aftersales Product & Promotion Manager | Automotive アフターセールス製品・プロモーションマネージャー


Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Aftersales Product & Promotion Manager to lead a team in product planning and marketing, enhancing their highly profitable aftersales division. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through innovative strategies and gain expertise in both product and people management.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead vehicle accessories lineup expansion
- Manage service contracts portfolio
- Coordinate B2B and B2C marketing activities
- Oversee product portfolio management
- Lead new project initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers for high-value product proposals
- Support market research for product improvement


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in vehicle accessories planning or development
- At least five (5) years automotive business experience
- Interpersonal communication skills in Japanese
- Team management experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in selling parts and accessories is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Knowledge of import and domestic distribution processes
- Familiarity with digital catalog and eCommerce platforms

応募資格


- 車両アクセサリーの計画または開発における実績
- 自動車業界での5年以上の経験
- 日本語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- チームマネジメント経験があれば尚可
- 部品・アクセサリー販売経験があれば尚可
- マーケティング戦略の経験（B2BおよびB2C）
- 輸入品および国内流通プロセスに関する知識
- デジタルカタログおよびeコマースプラットフォームの知識
