Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and manage financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
- Oversee IPO preparation, including internal controls
- Improve and document financial processes
- Implement SAP for financial operations by 2026

主な業務内容:

- 月次および年次決算業務のリード
- 財務諸表の作成および管理
- 監査法人や税務顧問との調整
- IPO準備における内部統制の管理
- 財務プロセスの改善および文書化
- 2026年までのSAP導入計画の実施

Qualifications:

- Must possess JICPA qualification
- Experience in Big4 audit firm
- Experience with monthly and annual closing processes
- Strong expertise in accounting and finance
- People management experience as a manager
- Experience with SAP implementation is preferred but not mandatory
