Your Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, yearly closing of books and process of payments
• Maintain a proper accounting system according to local/corporate/head office standards
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the head office, Trust Bank, Lender, and Asset Manager
• Preparation of monthly Property Management report to Bank and Asset Manager as the Property Manager
• Fixed asset, A/R, A/P ledger maintenance

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Experience in real estate investment industry
• Experience in ERP or implementation of ERP a plus
• Experience in IFRS reporting a plus
• Knowledge of GK-TK scheme, trust beneficiary interest, SPC accounting a plus
