Tech Start-up - Head of Accounting & Finance

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the company's CFO for IPO preparation and also enjoy a lot of freedom and autonomy as you will have the opportunity to set up the company' accounting and finance system.

・ Design a workflow system or systems for accounting operations
・ Monthly, quarterly, and annual settlements, as well as consolidated financial statements (including overseas subsidiary)
・ Prepare tax returns (tax returns are outsourced to tax advisory services)
・ Prepare legal disclosure documents
・ AP/AR

Finance:
・ Cash management and financial institution support

Budgeting:
・ Budget control & performance management, from budget formulation to analysis
・ Organize accounting issues/relevant data, in addition to coordinating/collaborating with relevant departments
・ Formulate and PDCA (plan-do-check-act) of business plans and mid-term management plans
