Job Tittle: Support Lead

Salary: 9M JPY (negotiable depending on the candidate)

Objectives: At this role you will be responsible for leading the Customer Support team by supporting them with the information and tools to fulfill their job, and work together with the sales and success team, in Australia.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading a customer support team.
  • Or experience in customer success management.
  • Speak fluent English (don't need Japanese).
  • Some basic technical skills in starting server application, programming experience.
  • Be based in JAPAN already.
