Specialized Group is currently searching for a Store Manager in the Tokyo area to join a great Sweden base company. This position will require you to manage the whole store. 

Our Client

Our client is a world-famous international gaishikei company, headquartered in Sweden with a Japan office in central Tokyo, they specialize in a unique platform to distribute Fashion Apparel products to both foreign companies and local firms. 

Your Responsibilities  

• KPI Planning to drive store sales 
• Work closely with the Area Manager Team to operate on budget 
• Work closely with the store members to conduct efficient schedule planning 
• Product allocation and warehouse management supervise 
• Staff interviews and training 
• Customer service
