Specialized Group is currently looking for a Senior Account Support in Transaction Technology Field. You will be working in a multinational company with leading enterprise solutions for manufacturing and retail industry.  

Our Client

US-based, American technology company that provides transaction solutions for retail and financial services enterprise.
Your Responsibilities          

  • Service delivery: Monitoring and ensuring Contract SLA’s are met. 
  • Customer relationship management: Seek to build and enhance enduring relationships with key customer interfaces.
  • Operational Improvements:  Regular reviews with vendor, customer and internal Service Delivery team. 
  • Account information integrity: Ensure that the proper processes are being followed for Change control, escalation, invoicing and A/R.
  • Sales Consulting:  Identify additional customer services opportunities and engage sales resources (such as Services Sales Consultants, Network Sales Consultants or Solution Sales Specialists) to work on proposals for this additional business. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Fluent speaking and writing in Japanese and English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Accounts receivable experience
  • Customer facing role experience
  • Experience working with partners/vendors
  • Experience in working in OEM product service environment (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Networking products and solutions  (nice to have)
