Advanced communication skills are essential for this position. You will need to be fluent in Japanese and English.

• Fluent level Japanese and English.
• Integration Middleware (WebMethod, API Gateway).
• Cloud Platform and DevOps Methodology (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, Gits, Jenkins).
• Application Development Framework (e.g. Struts, Eclipse).
• IBM Middleware (WebSphere, MQ, FileNet).
• RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL).
• Infrastructure Platform (Server, Storage, Virtualization, OS, Network).
• Security technologies such (Anti-virus, Encryption, Firewall, IPS, WAF).
• Monitoring and Management Tools (ITIL Software, SCOM).
• Professional customer service skills.
• Flexible enough to understand the existing environment.
