As a Services Technical Support, you will be responsible to provide technical support to enterprise customers with server and storage infrastructure, and because of that, problem-solving and analytical skills is an important requirement.

Requirements:

- Japanese native language

- English business language

- Experience with storage and servers (cisco, dell, EMC, hp, IBM, NetApp, Oracle/SUN)

- L2/L3 engineer

- Night shift and 24/7 rotation
