A new job opportunity has become available to lead and drive a large corporate banking operations team within a top tier global bank. With the potential for further growth, you will be responsible for building out the function and overseeing multiple teams.  

Your Responsibilities

• End to end management across multiple operations functions locally and remotely  
• Functions include Cash, Trade and Transaction Services 
• Identify gaps in processes and control 
• Full trade life-cycle management  
• Knowledge and understanding of local and regional regulatory requirements from an operations perspective 
• People development and performance appraisals  
• Creating a culture of risk awareness 

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• More than 10 years relevant banking experience and at least 5 years people management  
• Ability to adapt and to embrace change  
• Hard working, passionate and ambitious  
• Commercial awareness and client focused  
• Ability to effectively partner with the business and other operations teams 
• Strong stakeholder management and an effective influencer  
• Native Japanese and Business level English
