Required Skills

• Business level Japanese and English
• 10 years’ experience in IT.
• 8 years’ project management experience.
• Leadership and motivational skills to lead teams and advise peers and staff.
• Successfully delivered a long-term project with a large budget.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business process engineering project.
• Management experience of a large project team (50 people).
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Proficient in project management tools, templates, and project life cycle.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Good customer service and presentation skills.
