Senior FP&A Analyst

Position Overview:

• Stand-alone position in the Japan office
• Excellent career growth opportunities as a BP to the MD and Japan Publishing team
• Reports to a Regional Associate Director of FP&A
• Negotiable title & job scope for candidates with more experience

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, review budgeting, and forecasting revenue trends.
• Maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Perform analyses on monthly/quarterly/annual Corporate P&L activity.
• Ability to communicate financial plans, models, and outcomes.
• Prepare and present business results to support business growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders outside of Japan.

  Minimum Requirements:
  
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of FP&A experiences including Accounting, Finance
• Passion for growing game business and strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable personality.
• Good communication skills, organizational skills, logical-thinking, team player mentality.
• Good level of Japanese/English capability.
• Experience working in a MNC, matrix organization is preferred.
• Nimble with office tools including but not limited to MOS, Slack, Zoom, etc. is preferred.
• Oracle/Hyperion experience is a plus but not must.
