The job is: The recruiter will strategically support campus recruiting initiatives by organizing and attending on-campus events, establishing relationships with hiring managers and candidates, implementing sourcing strategies to identify top talent, participating in suitability screenings, manage databases and tracking tools, and identify best practices to plan for future recruiting.

The job is: The recruiter will strategically support campus recruiting initiatives by organizing and attending on-campus events, establishing relationships with hiring managers and candidates, implementing sourcing strategies to identify top talent, participating in suitability screenings, manage databases and tracking tools, and identify best practices to plan for future recruiting.

You should have demonstrated experience in finding top talent. Knowledge of on-campus and graduate recruiting is a plus.

Communication skills are essential for this position. This is an international company. You will need native-level Japanese and business-level English for this role. 

Required Skills

  • Native-level Japanese.
  • Business-level English.
  • 2 years of campus recruiting experience.
  • Attention to detail to manage complex calendars, produce executive level reports on program progress, assist with special projects.
  • Proactive in identifying, pre-screening, and assessing applications executing sourcing strategies, and coordinating communication.
  • Effectively communicate to maintain relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, key contacts at target schools including career services, development offices, and student organizations.
  • Strong writing and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
