The primary responsibility is to:

• Work with Sales team and Global Supply Chain Management team to ensure on-time delivery. 
• Accurate and timely execution of order fulfillment processes from order entry through shipment.
• Maintain daily and professional communications with all regional clients. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 5 years experience in Customer Service & Demand planning activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Advanced business communication skills in English and Japanese. 
• Knowledge in production processes in the semiconductor industry, integrated circuits or other electronic components.
