Specialized-Group is recruiting for a Start-Up that developed a great service which is a AI powered software. The solution can give several advices about locations in Japan 

The company having a big success, in Japan after doubling its size in one year, opened international offices this year as well, contracting with the main services providers in Japan and overseas.  

To assure and healthy and stable growth they are now searching for a Sales Director to lead the existing team and build a solid strategy moving forward the Olympics next year 

Being a start-up this role will be very hands-on and not only a management based task 

Your Responsibilities  

  • understand the market and the needs of the company  
  • build long-term relationships with customers 
  • ability to plan, come up with specific sales strategies 
  • manage and growth the team 
  • Sales background within IT environment (B2B) 
  • Strong tracking record of over-achievements 
  • Experience with hospitality or tourism related sector is highly considered 
  • Experience selling custom software is a plus

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed    

  • Self-Starter, Driven, Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Both English and Japanese at fluent level   
  • International company working experience
