Real Estate Research Analyst / Associate

A multinational Real Estate services firm is looking to add to their research team via the hiring of new staff at the Analyst / Associate level (title depends on candidate experience and capabilities). 

Your Responsibilities

• Interact with Real Estate professionals to best understand market movements
• Gather and analyze Japan Real Estate market data and author reports to individual parties and the public market 
• Work with other members of the research team to contribute tho the department's future strategic focus
• Propose and write reports on special topics and situations as needed

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Prior research report writing experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native English with at least conversational Japanese OR Native Japanese with business level English
