*Note that this position is open to candidates possessing strong Excel and Analytical skills without prior Real Estate experience as well.

Your Responsibilities

• Create Real Estate Financial Models
• Due Diligence
• Prepare Memos for Investment Committee
• Be involved in deal flow from sourcing to closing

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate or other related Financial Services Industry
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Native Japanese, Business level English
