A Global Real Estate Services Firm is seeking to enhance their business development capabilities through the hiring of a Pitch Design Manager for their Tokyo office.  

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams on the preparation and creation of high-value proposals to external clients 
• Update and tailor presentation and proposal content produced globally for use in the Japanese Market 
• Work quickly and carefully to complete work on both small and larger projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing content. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed  

• 4 - 8 years of Experience in Business Development, Marketing or a Creative Role 
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and experience working with Adobe InDesign 
• Prior work experience in the Real Estate and/or Banking & Financial Services industries  is a plus
