Your Responsibilities          

The primary responsibility is to:

• Lead project team in the resolution of customer project issues. 
• Lead process change and serve as a subject matter expert to drive key decisions.
• Manage services engagements including interactions with client project team and client
  executives.
• Identify Key Performance Indicators, develop baseline measurements, establish ongoing
  measurement processes, measure and present quantifiable results. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• PMP certification preferred.
• Preferred Experience in the SCM industry.
• Deep understanding of Mfg & retail business processes, with specific work experience in these business areas.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a software consulting, implementation or development projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese & English language, client relationship and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel according to customer project needs.
