Project Delivery Lead (ERP, CRM)

A global information technology company providing digital and cloud services solutions, focused into artificial intelligence, cloud, application services, business analytics, digital transformation, modern workplace and security services is now looking for an experienced person to add to their Delivery team in Tokyo's office.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively participate in key sales pursuits - engage customers about their business to explore opportunities
• Approve estimates and estimating assumptions for project's schedule, effort, and cost
• Provide project leadership to appropriate onshore, offshore and near shore workforces
• Manage overall project portfolio risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management.
• Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the projects portfolio to meet/exceed the agreed expectations
• Manage delivery portfolio - monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues
• Provide oversight to management of relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors and own key relationships
• Adhere to Market Unit and Managed Delivery guidelines and processes
• Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all critical project plans, commitments, and changes

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Track record of establishing and maintaining successful relationships with C-suite level customers. 
• Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences customer commitment and future partnership
• Advanced level understanding of financial management practices as relate to projects and programs
• Significant experience managing risk effectively
• Deep understanding and application of various delivery methodologies
• Successful track-record of Systems Integration delivery:

・Application Design & Architecture
・Process & Functional Design
・Application Implementation

• Fluent Japanese ability and business English
