A premier foreign FMCG firm is searching for a talented Payroll Specialist working with staff volume of 350 or more. Ideally candidates will have experience working with a shared service team outside of Japan however it's not essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle overall payroll and tax activities in addition to managing external partners
• Partner with Global Shared Service team to ensure corporate governance
• Supporting local HR in ensuring compliance for compensation (Payroll, Benefits, Tax)

 The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native-Japanese language.
• Business-level English.
• Payroll Experience (5+ Years) in Global firm
• Knowledge of Japan tax and payroll practices and principals 
• An eagerness to partner with local HR and desire to expand on HR skill breadth
