Your Responsibilities
- Review payroll and benefit operations.
- Handle Global Mobility related operations.
- Lead multiple Rewards & Payroll projects across Japan and APAC.
- Lead team meetings and develop staff.
- Answering inquiries from employee, work closely with HRBP's and Business Leaders.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Native level Japanese
- 4+ years of HR Payroll Operations in Japan
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Labor Consultant / Sharoshii qualification preferable
