A Global Pharmaceutical Firm is currently looking for a bilingual HR Operations and Payroll Professional.
Budget up to 9M, great work life balance & employee wellness, opportunity for Supervisors and Senior Staff to become Leaders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review payroll and benefit operations.
  • Handle Global Mobility related operations.
  • Lead multiple Rewards & Payroll projects across Japan and APAC.
  • Lead team meetings and develop staff.
  • Answering inquiries from employee, work closely with HRBP's and Business Leaders.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Native level Japanese
  • 4+ years of HR Payroll Operations in Japan
  • Flexible and Adaptable
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Labor Consultant / Sharoshii qualification preferable
