Specialized Group is currently looking for a Senior Manager to cover Strategic Partner Management. Our client is an international enterprise solution company who recently opened their office in Japan. The company is described as a global leader by many consulting firms and their goal is to be number 1 in Japan.

This role will suit a sales professional with first class management and communication skills. There is an excellent remuneration package, based on the experience of the candidate.

The role covers enterprise software sales and consulting with new and existing partners. We expect you to have an affinity for new technologies such as AI, Robotics, IPA and experience with CRM, ERP, Analytics, BI, Workforce Optimisation, Strategic Consulting, or Digital Transformation.  

You will be liaising with clients and management teams. You will need excellent communication skills. High-level Japanese language (native-level or proven experience with sales in Japan) and business level English is required.

Required Skills

• Native Level Japanese language skills.
• Business Level English language skills.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Sales.
• Recent experience  in Partner Sales
• Broad knowledge of business and technology trends.
• Must demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, writing skills.
• Ability to adjust strategies and approaches quickly. 
• Possesses good process, conceptual, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
