Our Client

Specialized Group’s client is a world-famous brand with a global presence and a growing team in Japan. This company is a leader in the fashion and leather goods space. You will be working on an established brand with a great team with wonderful company leadership! 

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, propose and execute annual PR strategy and activities in line with Headquarter as well as local merchandising and retail initiatives. 
• Establish and maintain close relationships with the press, opinion leaders, freelance journalists, stylists and others in the fashion industry.
• Manage event agencies and PR agencies to execute media / PR activities. 
• Coach and develop team members with day-to-day operations (sample transactions in the showroom, coordination, and negotiation with media).
• Manage product presentations (twice a year) plus occasional product launching events. 
• Plan and manage PR budget.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. 
• In house PR Management experience of luxury fashion industry. 
• Established network with fashion magazines. 
• Proactive leader with balance of strategic and creative/interpersonal skills. 
• Languages: English (Business Level) and Fluent-level Japanese
