Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in targeting and evaluating new investment opportunities;
• Assessing potential investments through financial modeling and company/industry research: Translating data, research and diligence findings into model input building tax, accounting and debt schedules into detailed asset models ensuring appropriate operational and capital structure sensitivities; Ability to tackle more complex financial models under the guidance of seniors;
• Planning and completion of due diligence tasks including: Asset risk evaluation Cash flow analysis　Precedent transactions and comparable company analysis market comparisons and operational benchmarking;
• industry opportunities to identify and assess impact of key value drivers on a transaction and business assumptions;
• Working with operational teams and advisors to progress due diligence and asset management-related analysis;
• Coordinating and assisting operational teams with various corporate development transactions
• Assisting with preparation of high-quality investment committee presentation materials and other supporting documentation in a clear and concise manner;
• Monitoring and assisting in the management of existing portfolio companies;
