Our Client

Our client is global technology start up and is expanding their global operation in Osaka. They are currently looking for an experienced Operations manager who can focus on scaling up the Japan office. 

Your Responsibilities

• Your role will be at the heart of our company, working directly with the CEO and senior management team to make sure we're meeting business goals.
• You will be taking a leading role in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and scaling needs in Japan.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations management
• Excellent attitude and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals
• Great communicator and delegator
• MBA and experience is a bonus.
