Your Responsibilities

• End to end management across multiple operations functions
• Functions include Trade Support, Settlements and Client Services
• Asset class coverage includes Equity and Fixed Income
• Full trade life-cycle management
• In addition to your BAU work, you will be working on multiple projects within the Back and Middle Office
• People development and performance appraisals

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• More than 5 years relevant banking experience
• Ability to adapt and to embrace change
• Strong stakeholder management and an effective influencer
• Business level English and Japanese
