職務内容

  • Manage the budget of the business and responsible for the delivery of KPI and Operational objectives set in SLA with customers.
  • Drive continuous GP improvement
  • Manage Operational Excellence and Project management team and ensure their team to support
  • Responsible for coaching and developing of all operational staff in the business unit to be competent.
  • Manage the customer relationship from operation perspective and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Is empowered to take decisions on corrective actions related to the day to day operation to meet the customer requirement.
  • Is to continuously develop alternative operational solutions with its team to improve the long term success with the customers.
  • Manage the vendors to ensure that the operation meets the expectation of the customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team as well as to drive various Continuous improvement initiatives.

■Accountabilities

【Customer】

  • To ensure our service to meet contractual commitment with the customer’s account assigned.
  • Ensure regular, timely and accurate reporting of service, cost and quality KPI.
  • Continuous process improvement, which lead to cost reduction or improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in customer operational reviews, presentation and proposals locally.
  • Present and sell proposal/idea to and convince customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers.


External

  • Manage multiple vendors to provide the best cost effective solution to the customers.

  • Ensure operating teams meet our contractual commitments for service, cost and reporting
  • Create a P&L for operations and develop a robust budgeting process
  • Standardise KPI reporting across operations
  • Develop and maintain a cost down initiatives programme across transport operations
  • Undertake Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers using a scorecard to provide feedback and track progress
  • Create cost and operations simulation models for major new business opportunities
  • Provide industry knowledge management to ensure continued legal compliance
  • Maintain links with the industry and appraise potential acquisition targets

【People - Management】

  • Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the function
  • Develop a culture of Safety first, quality, service excellence (for internal and external customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.
  • Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team.
  • Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function.
  • Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisal, including coaching
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

応募要件

  • At least 5 years senior management experience with responsibility for Warehouse operations and profitability in a multi-account environment
  • At least 2 years working experience in Asia/Japan is preferable
  • Cross cultural competence and International business exposure/experience
  • Japanese language capability is preferable
  • Leadership through effective communication and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations
  • Strategic Management and Planning
  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize under pressure
