Your Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the strategy to accomplish the corporate goals, and support the company and product strategies.
• Comply with the annual marketing calendar.
• Business operations, involving all processes from the arrival of the product, to the delivery at the counter, and the delivery to the consumer, and distributing the product.
• Sales tabulations.
• Preparation of internal and external marketing materials.
• Management of products, collateral, and samples etc.
• Planning and execution of advertising and media strategy (media plan).
• Collaborate with creatives, PR, VMD, education, and other departments.
• Information analysis of competing brands product and marketing programs.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Business-level English language skills.
• Native-level Japanese language skills.
• 3 years’ experience in digital marketing for the cosmetics industry or a related industry.
• Project Management experience.
• Basic PC knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in PR and CRM is a plus.
