The M&A Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing and preparing financial reports while leading the deal execution process. This role is a key position for coordinating screening targets, potential buyers, and strategic partners. The M&A Senior Analyst provides insight and support for our strategy in managing a portfolio of deals across the Asia Pacific region. This can also cover joint ventures, IPOs, divestitures, the founding of new entities, and contractual cooperation.

You will be liaising with different management teams, so good communication skills are essential. You will need business-level English language and native-level Japanese language skills for this position.

Required Skills

• Native-level Japanese.

• Experience in M&A, equity research or project management.
• Knowledge of M&A processes (target identification, developing a business case, managing discussions for legal, finance, HR, Risk).
• Knowledge of logistics analysis.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
