A fast growing international Medical Device firm is looking to hire a lead recruiter to oversee an exciting new project. With 150% of sales targets hit last year, and nearly 100 new headcounts for 2021 this role will require a fast paced, dynamic recruiter with prior experience in medical device or other relevant consumer market experience. Native Japanese and strong English skills will be needed for the role.

It's a very exciting opportunity, and I'd be happy to share more information with you at your own convenience. *Although this TA is part of a larger team, it will focus on a new project so they are looking for someone who can be a proactive single contributor*.

• At least 4 years internal recruitment experience
