We are searching for an IT Support Specialist with excellent problem-solving abilities. You will need demonstrated experience in support for a Windows environment.

You will be responsible for providing ongoing support for our company operations. You will be monitoring and maintaining our systems and network. We expect you to have up-to-date knowledge of IT support.

Good communication is essential for this sole. You will need to be fluent in Japanese with good English language skills.

Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• Track record supporting MS Windows operating systems, Active Directory and MS Office (including MS Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solver, skilled at managing user expectations.
• Experience supporting Windows 7 to 10 desktop systems. General Windows, Linux, and MacOS knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot printers and phone systems.
• Familiar with network configuration, LAN communication, general server configuration and antivirus policies.
• Comfortable working independently, in a team, or across different company departments.
• Notify management if necessary tools and supplies to perform duties are not available.
• A+ Certification, related Microsoft certifications preferred.
