Required Skills

• Experience in consulting, sales, or a service environment.
• Solid experience with International Trade in Japan. Knowledge of free trade agreements and classification areas are a priority.
• Experience working with technology and automated systems to improve business and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of International Trade, Trade/customs related law, International Logistics, IT, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Understanding of trade compliance procedures and regulations.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
