IT Manager / Project Manager with international retailer

Unique opportunity to join a European company that has been successfully achieving business in Japan for the past 50 years. They are now looking for an IT Manager to join them and take the lead of their upcoming major project involving a new fully customized CRM/ERP system

This position is a people Manager role and will collaborate with overseas HQ and vendors on a regular basis but still requires hands-on tasks capability.

Your Responsibilities

• On-site and remote support for users on both hardware and software
• Build and install the new work environment 
• ERP/CRM deployment and support
• Deliver technical training to employees
• Manage the whole company IT

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 6+ years of experience in technical support
• 5+ years experience in CRM or ERP related projects
• MS Windows and SQL or Java are good skills to have
• Strong command of English, daily Japanese ability (you still need to be based in Japan to qualify)
