ITヘルプデスクサポートスタッフを募集しております。

技術サポートを提供した実績を必要とし、テクノロジーセクターの実務知識を優遇します。

優れたカスタマーサービススキルとコミュニケーション能力が求められます。

外資系企業であり、ビジネスレベルの英語力が必要です。

スキル・資格

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English
• 5 years’ experience in Helpdesk or information support.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Windows desktop OS, MAC OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Active directory, Office 365 (Skype for business, email SharePoint).
• Excellent desktop support service skills, including verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. • Experience working in an international environment preferred.
• Knowledge of working with internal and external customers (including oversea clients).
